Sporty course in a boat of 7 places max.

Itinerary briefing and preparation :

Welcome at the edge of the river, presentation of the team, the material and your equipment. Then we take care of equipping you from head to toe with quality hardware adapted to your size.

Navigating :

Intense first part for the first two kilometers, then crossing the city followed by fun and educational exercises for a sensational approach to whitewater sports. You will combine white water navigation, swimming and jumps !

Specific hardware provided :

Full suit, jacket, neoprene slippers, vest, helmet.

Remenber to bring a swimsuit and a towel.
